Our ways of working
We believe that our employees themselves are the best people to manage their own work. In SW-TECH our developers are not just coders, but they manage all aspects of their work. Design, implementation, testing, project planning, customer communications and time management are not separate functions for our professionals but integral part of their daily work.
Locally global
We are located in town of Riihimäki, southern Finland, only 45 minutes drive north from capital region. Our home town has long history of technology education and entrepreneurship. We have strong collaboration with Häme university of applied sciences.
